When you make a gift of $150 or more to benefit our childbirth center, the child's name and date of birth will be inscribed on a tile and added to the Palisades "Footprints" plaque. This beautiful, permanent display is prominently located at the entrance to our maternity unit. - The Legacy Tree: Every name on our Legacy Tree represents an individual story. Some represent a message of heartfelt thanks, while others celebrate or memorialize a family member or friend.
The Legacy Tree offers the following levels of gifts — Leaf ($500), Acorn ($1,000) and Stone ($1,500). Gifts can be designated for Palisades Medical Center or the Harborage. - Grateful Patients & Families: Patients and families often ask how they can honor a Palisades Medical Center physician, nurse, or staff member for delivering great care or making a hospital stay more comfortable.
Upon receipt of your Grateful Patients & Families donation, we will send a letter to your caregiver of choice to notify him/her that you have made a special tribute donation in his/her honor. - Fundraising Committee: Join a committee or the Auxiliary to help plan special events.
